Job Description
Position Summary This position is accountable for developing and implementing strategic area sales plans and forecasts to achieve business objectives for CMD products in semiconductor related industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure that assigned products are represented in the territory to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
Provide appropriate technical solutions and quotations to prospective customers to lead to successful closure of sales.
Gather sales and marketing data, submitting weekly and monthly reports on a timely basis.
Organize and participate in marketing activities such as seminars, workshops, and demos to generate and qualify sales leads.
Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and industry opinion leaders.
Manage customer satisfaction through effective coordination with the Customer Support team and problem-solving as necessary.
Develop channel partners through training and capability-building programs.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of solid industry experience in the semiconductor sector.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and work in accordance with client requirements and professional standards.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in independent negotiations with channel partners.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Comfortable with 80% travel.
