Description and Requirements

职责描述:

1、 负责人工智能音频算法的原型开发,性能验证和产品导入;

2、 研究和开发包括但不限于AI降噪、AI回音消除、AI语音增强等,并根据相关算法需求对神经网络模型进行改进和优化,提升公司相关产品的核心竞争力及用户体验;

3、 融合AI和传统音频处理技术,使算法性能达到最优;

4、 负责支持音频算法的工程化落地, 性能调优, 使产品达到市场性能要求;

5、 负责跟踪和研究业界最新技术和撰写专利;

任职要求:

  1. 声学、信号处理、自动化、通信、电子工程、计算机类,硕士及以上学历且5年以上工作经验;

  2. 具有较强数学功底,有独立的理论分析、推导能力,熟练掌握数字信号处理、音频信号处理等学科理论知识,掌握机器学习等学科理论知识;

  3. 熟悉音频算法基本原理,对智能语音增强(噪声抑制、回声消除、波束形成、声源定位、盲源分离、去混响、降噪)有理解深刻;

  4. 熟悉Tensorflow、Pytorch等机器学习框架,具有机器学习在音频领域应用经验;

  5. 熟悉语音通话性能指标如:G/N/S MOS,TCLw,DT者优先;
