Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time? We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and providing exceptional support to our employees. salary: $24 - $25 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

### Responsibilities

• Input data from time sheets, production records, or individual time cards into the computerized payroll system.

• Balance payroll runs to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Produce federal, state, and local tax payments in compliance with regulations.

• Answer employee questions and troubleshoot payroll-related issues promptly and efficiently.

• Utilize knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in the payroll field to perform job duties.

• Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to carry out job functions.

• Work under immediate supervision, reporting directly to a supervisor or manager.

• Perform primary job functions without the need for independent judgment.
