Description Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy. Employees | Value | Execution | Relationships JOB SUMMARY This position will involve coordinating all design efforts for various projects. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma/GED and 1 year of drafting courses. one to two years technical training preferred. Basic knowledge of and ability to use architectural drafting tools. KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Prior VDC team leadership preferred. Prior Management experience preferred. General knowledge and skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Requires a positive attitude and the ability to orally communicate with internal and external customers. Good punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills. One to two years technical training preferred. Basic knowledge of and ability to use architectural drafting tools. Position's responsibilities can be learned through on-the-job training. Valid driver's license required. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborate with other division VDC Division leads to develop and implement the standards to the ESI VDC teams. * Schedule, ensure that the teams are following the schedule and are in full alignment with the project's schedules. * Quality, ensure that the teams are implementing to the highest standards of quality. * Scope, ensure that the teams are following the projects scope. * Constantly seeking opportunities to innovate our process and improve our efficiencies. * Support BIM staff in tech specific questions * Lead and run the BIM process on projects.
