What We Do Generative AI Technical Product Manager (REMOTE) First American is seeking a passionate and experienced Generative AI Technical Product Manager to lead the vision and strategy for our generative AI initiatives. You will be responsible for translating business needs into innovative AI solutions, driving product development, and ensuring the successful integration of generative AI models into our products. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of generative AI and shape the future of our products. What you will do Develop and own the product vision and roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify high-value use cases for generative AI. Define the product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities. Create and maintain a clear product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term development plan. Lead the product development process: Work closely with the generative AI engineering team to prioritize features and user stories. Define product requirements and acceptance criteria for generative AI models. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams. Manage the product backlog to ensure the most impactful features are delivered on time. Drive user adoption and success: Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points. Define success metrics and measure the impact of generative AI features. Continuously iterate and improve the product based on user feedback and data insights. Stay at the forefront of generative AI: Closely follow industry trends and advancements in generative AI research. Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the product vision. Communicate effectively about generative AI to various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. What you will bring Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in bringing AI-powered products to market (preferred). Strong understanding of generative AI models and their capabilities. Experience in translating business needs into technical requirements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on product roadmaps. Data-driven decision making with a focus on user needs and business impact. Experience with agile development methodologies.
