Description Role Snapshot Our ServiceNow Architect is a key member of the ServiceNow implementation project team and is responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping business requirements from the project team to systems/ technical requirements. Our Architect will also be required to lead multiple engagements across our organization. As a ServiceNow Architect you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, development, workflow design, monitoring, and upgrading of assigned software products. ServiceNow Architect identifies, troubleshoot, and resolves problems and communicates with end users and partners in our organization. Our ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM and Non-ITSM (HRSD, SPM, ITOM, SecOps and GRC) technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Salary Range $125,000 $150,000 The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may fall outside the posted range. Working in an environment that utilizes the complete Software Development Life Cycle delivering change in ServiceNow that is highly utilized or across the enterprise. Experience working in an environment that serves our Nation's military, veterans, Guard and Reserves and Medicare beneficiaries. Working in a continuous performance feedback environment. Minimum Qualifications US. citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions. Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience. 5 or more years of ServiceNow development experience. Preferred Qualifications 8 or more years working in the ServiceNow platform as a developer, administrator, business analyst, or architect. 5 or more years working with access controls, Workflow editor, business rules, client scripts, UI Policies, UI actions, transform maps, and script includes. 5 or more years of experience with a diverse tech stac
