Gilbane is seeking a Senior Project Executive to be a representative of the Company responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of complex construction-management projects in the life sciences sector; as well as mentoring multiple Project Executives. This role will sit primarily on the job site, with occasional travel to the office for trainings, meetings, etc. Who are we? Responsibilities Direct and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc. Enforce project reporting requirements Manage critical issues Assume overall accountability for jobsite safety and quality Mentor Project Executives Qualifications EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management 15+ years in the lead role on projects valued at $100 million or larger preferred Or equivalent combination of education and experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Experience with SCIF building is highly preferred Strong technical and communication skills
