Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician | $20-28 HR | Direct Hire

Work Environment

• Work primarily at complexes with the most needs, such as Eden of Whitehall and Cornerstone Crossing

• 10 openings for floaters

• Flexible 1st shift

• Modern apartment buildings

• Pay range: $20 to $28 per hour

Job Description

• Complete maintenance work orders for large apartment complexes

• Troubleshoot residential plumbing issues

• Perform HVAC work including compressors, filters, and refrigerant

• Troubleshoot and install residential electrical systems

• Handle paint, drywall, and lighting fixtures

Hard Skills

• Residential plumbing troubleshooting

• HVAC system maintenance and repair

• Residential electrical troubleshooting and installation

• Painting and drywall repair

• Lighting fixture installation
