Pay: $24 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Responsibilities: Assist with preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports. Perform accurate data entry for financial transactions and reconcile bank statements. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Maintain up-to-date financial records and assist in preparing reports. Provide support for audits and respond to inquiries from management and external parties. Perform basic administrative tasks like filing and organizing documents. Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve discrepancies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous internship or experience in accounting is a plus.
