Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the DIRECTORATE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of NAVSUBMEDRSCHLAB NEW LONDON CT. Responsibilities You will provide insight into funds management. You will optimize usage of budgetary resources for mission critical objectives. You will identify root causes of unexpended funds. You will support overall audit readiness initiatives. You will improve internal controls for compliance with fiscal regulations. You will support the allocation and execution of Research and Development and Operation and Maintenance funds received by Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory. You will provide back-up support for the Civilian payroll reconciliation process. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
