We are looking for a candidate to join our Regional Market Service Team, aiming at securing high delivery service levels to our customers. We continuously are taking up logistics challenges, eliminating waste in our processes, gaining new experience and developing ourselves cooperating in international teams.

The job shall be hybrid, we are located in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring close collaboration and proactive communication with Sales, distribution centers and supply teams;

• Maintaining daily follow up on open and overdue customer orders;

• Purchasing the goods from internal and external factories;

• Handling customer orders and requests, securing orders confirmations;

• Maintaining correct parameters in SAP;

• Supporting new product launches and phase out projects;

• Taking up improvement initiatives and participating in projects;

• Preparing reports and performing root cause analyses;

• Reaching Global logistics target for the defined KPI's,

Background & Skills

• University education (preferable from economics, logistics, sales, etc.) or other relevant area,

• Supply chain/logistics/Customer Service experience,

• Computer skills at advance level (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook),

• Fluent in English language,

• Knowledge and experience of ERP systems (i.e. SAP),

• Very good communication skills,

• Analytical, proactive and problem-solving skills,

• Relevant knowledge and experience from customer supply,

• Performance-, customer service-, detail-oriented.
