job summary:
Seeking a results-driven Manufacting Engineer in Griffin, GA with 3+ years experience in equipment manufacturing processes and CAPEX project management. You will play a vital role in optimizing production processes, ensuring efficient operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Onsite Monday - Friday, typical hours 6 am - 3 pm
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering + 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent
Expertise in process design and the ability to develop and implement efficient workflows.
Knowledge of ergonomic principles and the ability to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting CAD drawings.
Experience managing capital projects from start to finish.

Project Planning & Management: Overseeing and coordinating projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Capital Expenditures: Managing and overseeing capital expenditure projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
Process Optimization: Monitoring and ensuring current floor processes are functioning efficiently and making necessary adjustments.
Collaboration with Maintenance: Working closely with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is running smoothly and proactively address any issues.
Procedure Revisions: Reviewing and updating procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
