Aston Carter is actively looking to hire a Deposit Operations Specialist in Gretna, NE. This position offers competitive pay with a top company in the area!
Job Description:
Process and reconcile daily deposit transactions, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
Monitor and resolve discrepancies in deposit accounts.
Ensure compliance with federal and state banking regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of deposit operations policies and procedures.
Provide support and training to branch staff on deposit-related matters.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to deposit accounts.
Prepare and analyze reports on deposit operations and account activity.
Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in deposit operations or a similar role in the banking industry.
Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
