Robert Half id offering an opportunity for two contract Office Assistants in Gresham, Oregon. These roles involve providing administrative and customer support to a senior living home. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for Senior residents, creating a welcoming environment and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for Senior residents, providing a warm and welcoming environment

• Providing exceptional customer service to all residents and visitors

• Answering phone calls promptly and professionally, taking messages as necessary

• Collecting and distributing mail in a timely manner

• Receiving invoices and bills and accurately dating and stamping them

• Scanning and filing documents and incoming rent checks efficiently

• Assisting new applicants in filling out documentation and forms for their application packets and accepting completed packets

• Performing other clerical duties and correspondence as required

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role for at least 1 year

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook

• Experience performing clerical duties such as filing, typing, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence

• Familiarity with office functions and operation of office equipment

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently
