Honeywell Sr Field Service Technician - Gas Meter in Greer, South Carolina

As a Senior Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical expertise and support for gas meter field service operations. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to gas meters, both remotely and on-site. Your role will be crucial in ensuring successful implementation, customer satisfaction, and the growth of our field service operations. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our Greer, SC location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our gas meter field service operations, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to gas meters, both remotely and on-site

• Provide technical expertise and support for gas meter field service operations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs

• Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in gas meter field service operations

•High school diploma, equivalent required.

• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in gas meters

• Operator qualified or ability to obtain qualification

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
