Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Dispatcher in our team located in Greer, SC. The role revolves around the trucking industry where you will be the key point of communication among customers, management, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the dispatching process by coordinating and scheduling resources and personnel

• Take and respond to a high volume of internal and external calls

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services, Computer Programs, CRM, IBM AS/400, Management System, About Time software to perform tasks and manage information

• Strengthen our customer service by answering inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries

• Implement effective communication strategies for strong verbal and written interactions

• Use the management system to monitor customer accounts and take necessary action

• Handle billing functions ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Work closely with internal maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations

• Leverage your skills in 'About Time' and 'Answer' to improve efficiency in dispatching duties.

Requirements

Requirements

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Proficiency in Computer Programs

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Knowledge of IBM AS/400

• Ability to use Management Systems

• Experience with 'About Time' software

• Ability to promptly and accurately answer inquiries

• Experience in answering inbound calls

• Proficiency in handling billing functions

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in dispatching roles.
