ManpowerGroup Fullstack Developer in Greenwood Village, Colorado

Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Pay Range: $60 to $65 an hour

Not open to C2C or W2 referral.

What’s the Job?

We seek an experienced full stack developer to lead our internal tool development, focusing on network automation, self-service tooling, and system integration to support operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership and pride in their work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop web-based tooling (frontend/backend) for network automation, customer self-service, metric reporting, and services.

  • Implement object-oriented design and multi-tier client-server architecture using best practices.

  • Develop and integrate using containerization technologies.

  • Integrate with other services via RESTful APIs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full stack development experience.

  • 5+ years in Python development with Django/Flask or similar frameworks.

  • Experience with DevOps, Docker, and containerized deployments.

  • 3+ years working with React or Node.js.

  • Proficient in HTML/CSS.

  • 3-5 years of experience with RESTful services/Web APIs.

  • Proficient database knowledge (SQL required; Mongo and Redis a plus).

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred but Not Required

  • Knowledge of system administration and Linux.

  • Experience with Cisco NSO, Itential, JIRA, Remedy.

  • Understanding or experience with network hardware (Cisco/Arista/Juniper).
