Job Title: Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a 1-3 year Designer in architecture who is looking to transition out of traditional architecture roles. The ideal candidate will design Food Service, Laundry, and Back of House (BOH) Facilities in various sectors including hospitality, healthcare, correctional, educational, and public assembly. You will work with clients such as owners, operators, design architects, and public organizations. Our services span Needs Assessments, Predesign Services and Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bid Evaluation, and Construction Administration.

Hard Skills

  • Familiarity with Acrobat or Bluebeam

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Interest in commercial kitchen or laundry design

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to take constructive feedback

  • Strong note-taking skills

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Multitasking and organizational skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Work Environment

You will assist with the design of food service groups in various hotels, hospitals, event centers, etc. The role requires minimal travel (approximately 5%) which may increase based on project needs. Excellent communication skills are essential for relating client needs and requirements. The position involves juggling multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong multitasking abilities.
