BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As a Data and Reporting Analyst , your primary focus will be on improving revenue and production by maximizing resources across multiple departments and lines of business. You will achieve this through detailed data analysis and reporting. In your role as the Data and Reporting Analyst, you will excel at managing specific data and reporting requirements that assist management in achieving department goals. Your accurate insights will be instrumental in determining operational impacts, trends, and opportunities. You will create forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, and dashboards to provide valuable information.

Your keen ability to identify roadblocks and overcome obstacles will ensure that objectives are efficiently and effectively completed. Thriving in an office environment, you will serve as a consultant for teams across the Spectrum footprint.

WHAT OUR DATA AND REPORTING ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST

  • Supporting a variety of analytical solutions through conducting complex data analysis and detailed reporting.

  • Guiding senior leadership by capturing, developing, and documenting data definitions, business processes, and data quality requirements.

  • Creating and producing forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, and dashboards by integrating data from multiple sources and producing data elements.

  • Providing insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities through detailed data interpretation and results analysis.

  • Developing reports and deliverables for senior leadership, leveraging them in communication with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Improving data quality by identifying and defining requirements for strategic initiatives.

  • Enhancing efficiency by creating and maintaining report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports, and other end-user information portals or resources.

  • Ensuring compliance with deliverable reporting requirements through performing quality data audits and analysis.

  • Developing new strategies to improve business performance by creating report specifications based on business requests.

  • Performing additional duties assigned in relation to the position.

  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.

  • Performing other duties as required.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field

  • Two or more years of data analysis and reporting experience.

  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English

  • Knowledgeable of SQL.

  • Proven prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • History of working independently and in dynamic team environments while analyzing and interpreting data.

  • Track record of quickly identifying business issues and opportunities.

  • Confident when preparing and conducting data-driven presentations to clients and senior leaders.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The base pay for this position generally is between $67,100.00 and $107,300.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
