We are in search of a meticulous Payroll Manager to join our team in Greenwich, Connecticut. In this role, you'll be primarily tasked with handling all aspects necessary to process payroll, maintain related records, and file tax reports. You will also be responsible for managing both exempt and non-exempt employees' payroll schedules, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to all payroll-related inquiries, and providing support to other payroll team members.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for both exempt and non-exempt employees.

• Handle benefit billing reconciliation and ensure timely payments.

• Conduct audits and reconcile quarterly and yearly tax reports and filings.

• Manage all wage garnishments.

• Work with multiple payroll schedules.

• Provide accurate responses to all employee payroll related inquiries via phone and email.

• Calculate and process final payments documents.

• Offer support and assistance to other payroll team members.

• Use accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suites to manage and organize data.

• Handle bookkeeping functions and manage accounts payable and receivable.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) software

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Competency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Bookkeeping Functions

• Ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite professionals
