Job Title: Painter

Job Description

Contractors will be performing painting functions for industrial and commercial clients. Specializing in both new construction and existing buildings, the majority of the work involves interior walls, though exterior painting is also required. Contractors will use brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply various paint coatings to industrial and commercial facilities. Projects will be within a 40-mile radius of Oshkosh.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting functions for industrial and commercial clients.

• Specialize in new construction and existing buildings.

• Focus primarily on interior walls but also perform exterior painting.

• Use brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply paint coatings.

• Operate HPLV Airless Sprayers for large industrial projects.

• Travel within a 40-mile radius of Oshkosh to job sites.

• Report to job sites and work in team environments.

• Meet project deadlines.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or residential painting.

• Ability to perform airless spraying, brushing, rolling, and cutting in without using tape.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Preferred experience in commercial and industrial painting.

Work Environment

Contractors will report to various job sites and work in a team environment that varies in size depending on the project. The dress code is jeans and a t-shirt or painter whites. Core hours are from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, though this may vary based on the job. Contractors will travel up to 40 miles from their home but will not require overnight travel. Worksites will be vacant during painting.
