The Lead IT Boomi Developer will be an expert in Dell Boomi integration development and architecture. This role will be collaborative, partnering with business resources, technical resources, and other integration professionals as they work to modernize integration processes and services across the corporation. This role will ensure integration designs are stable, reliable, and scalable from an Information Technology systems perspective. The role is also responsible for verifying production integration applications are operating at optimal levels and quickly correcting production issues as needed.
The Lead IT Boomi Developer will execute system configuration, customization, maintenance, repair, and design of core systems and partner with cross system teams to ensure scalable and repeatable technology solutions support business and stakeholder requirements.
YOUR IMPACT:
Collaborate with customers, IT colleagues, and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions, advise on best practices, and support business requirements.
Develop, test, and maintain software solutions using ITIL methodology, agile/scrum practices, and advanced skills in API development, SQL, and integration tools like Boomi.
Execute system customizations, upgrades, and implementation projects, ensuring quality through unit test plans, integration testing, and documentation.
Lead cross-team projects, special workstreams, and departmental efforts to drive business process optimization, ROI, and innovation.
Provide technical mentorship, incident management, and knowledge sharing, while partnering with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
Create and maintain artifacts such as data models, process flows, and support documents to enable efficient integration and system support.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Development, documentation, process flows, manage multiple tasks, ITSM, troubleshooting, configuration, operations systems, database, messaging, API, system integration, testing, release planning.
Written and verbal communication, customer service, stakeholder alignment, relationship building, time management, team collaboration, leadership, coaching, mentoring, public speaking, delegation
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
Expert Knowledge of integration design patterns, cloud technologies, and strong experience in developing with Dell Boomi platform including connectors, process building, and API design.
Solid experience in Boomi environment setup, configuration, process design, error & exception handling, integration development, project deployment, and hyper care support on Dell Boomi integration platforms.
Skills in various data formats XML, JSON, CSV, Database and EDI.
Deep knowledge in REST/SOAP web services.
Demonstrable experience working with API Integrations and API Management.
Experience on working with connectors with operations (object level understanding) and understanding the various connection types available.
Hands-on experience with Java Script, Groovy, Devops, Microsoft stack (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.), etc.
Experience in integrating applications, ERP systems (JD Edwards and Syteline), and others.
Expertise in working with Azure APIs, implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform, and designing CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
Pay Range:
$102,800.00 - $176,800.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
