We are looking for:

• Global Quality Systems Engineer

We count on you for:

• Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for quality management.

• Implement an electronic quality management system (eQMS) software.

• Serve as an expert on SAP and Labware systems.

• Integrate the eQMS with SAP and Labware to streamline processes such as non-conformance reporting and management of change.

• Collaborate with both IT and business units to ensure seamless operation of quality management systems.

• Influence and communicate effectively across a widespread organization.

You will bring:

• BS in Engineering, Chemistry, or Computer Science

• Experience with ISO9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100 industries or other regulated industries

• Work that demonstrates experience in programming and understanding of common web-based technologies (REST and Browser based application)]

• Must be a US citizen or have Permanent Resident status. Must be able to obtain a valid US

• Passport and pass a background check.

• Possess strong drive and be capable to self-motivate and effectively plan work.

• Good personnel engagement skills.

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Ability to learn and internalize information

• Ability to creatively solve problems

• Familiarity with data analytics and can use data effectively to make decisions

• Good computer skills including Google docs, MS Office, Statistical software, Minitab, etc.

• Strong background in quality management systems and metrics/KPIs development.

• Experience with SAP and Labware systems.

• Understanding of current technologies to articulate technical solutions to the IT organization.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to drive quality initiatives.

• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.

You will get:

• Competitive salary and benefits package

• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $90,880 to $113,600 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes a sales incentive plan (variable annual bonus).

Additional Information: (not required)

• Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles and security by design

• Familiar with export compliance regulations

• Understanding of composite materials testing – mechanical, chemical and physical.

• Working knowledge of thermoplastic and thermoset composite chemistries.

• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

• Working knowledge (read/write) of French, German or Spanish a plus (nice-to-have)
