As a Production Control Team Member, you will be integral to our production operations in Greenville, SC, working closely with senior team members and task center leads. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that daily production and maintenance objectives are met seamlessly. This role involves staging aircraft production and modification kits, tracking material shortages, and resolving constraints to maintain efficiency in our processes. You will also be responsible for generating valuable reporting data and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in staging aircraft production and modification kits, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and available.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively address any shortages or constraints that may impact production timelines.
- Compile and analyze data to generate insightful reports that support decision-making and improve operations.
- Work closely with various departments to foster communication and streamline processes, contributing to the overall success of our production initiatives.

This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years experience with no Bachelors Degree
- 1 Year F-16 Depot Production Control experience
- Experience with multi-tasking, prioritizing, tracking, coordinating, and expediting activities to meet critical program requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experienced Solumina user or Similar Manufacturing Execution Systems
Desired Skills:
- Production Control experience supporting a
value stream.
- Exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
business systems.
- Exposure to Material Requirement Planning and
material flow.
- Experience using MS Excel for data analysis and
management visibility reporting

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
