Description

Our consumer finance client is seeking a permanent full-time inhouse counsel to join their team in Greenville, SC. RELOCATION PACKAGE AVAILABLE! This role will primarily support litigation management with outside counsels across the US but will also handle regulatory/compliance and general counsel matters. FDCPA, FCRA, CFPB, TCPA, or related experience required.

Requirements

• Litigation management or litigation experience required

• Experience working for a debt buyer, consumer finance, debt recovery/collection, or similar related company highly preferred

• Excel spreadsheet case data analysis experience highly preferred
