[Essential Tasks:]{arial=""}

  • Maintain a clean and neat work station
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
  • Utilize proper food handling procedures and food safety knowledge
  • Take samples of all food items before serving customers
  • Maintain a positive attitude, smile and greet customers as they approach the serving line
  • Be polite with customers during transactions and make sure they are satisfied with their service before helping the next customer
  • Escalate customer concerns to a supervisor or manager
  • Communicate and interact professionallyat all times
  • Maintain daily temperature logs with calibrated digital thermometer
  • Cook and prepare foods according to provided recipes
  • Use the correct portion controls when preparing and serving food items
  • Have product knowledge to effectively service customers and answer questions about menu items on the line
  • Assist co-workers in setting up and breaking down stations as directed by managers
  • Wash work areas including worktables, walls, refrigerators, and cutting boards
  • Separate and remove waste and place it in appropriate receptacles
  • Complete production and waste logs
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or by cart
  • Cross-train in other areas as required by your manager
  • Work in other areas or departments as needed

  • Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lbs
