Robert Half Customer Success Specialist in Greenville, South Carolina

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in Greenville, South Carolina. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that ensures customer satisfaction, manages customer orders, and resolves any discrepancies that might arise during the order fulfillment process.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely, efficient, and professional assistance to customers regarding policies and procedures

• Handle order management tasks such as order entry, additions, deletions, and other changes

• Take ownership of customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve them effectively while building a strong relationship with the customer

• Conduct thorough research to resolve order management discrepancies and customer complaints, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction

• Leverage and utilize customer-specific operating portals for order management and customer inquiry activities

• Utilize skills in SAP, Customer Support, and Customer Success Management to deliver exemplary service

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing customer credit applications

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and resolve related inquiries

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary actions to collect delinquent payments

• Master the use of order entry systems to ensure smooth transactions. Requirements • Proven experience in a Customer Success Specialist role or similar position

• Proficiency in using SAP software to manage customer interactions and data

• Demonstrated skills in providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in customer success management, including identifying customer needs and developing effective solutions

• Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices

• Proficiency in order entry systems and procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers

• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams to ensure customer success

• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively and promptly

• Willingness to continually learn and adapt in a rapidly changing industry.
