Essential Functions

  • Recruit, screen, interview and select candidates based on business demands
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of well qualified candidates for frequently filled positions
  • Search for and seek out qualified candidates to maintain appropriate inventory levels for certain skill sets and client needs
  • Report on inventory data with detailed information related to individual qualifications and customer matches
  • Oversee job postings on all active job boards to ensure inventory is maintained appropriately at each stage of the funnel
  • Review sources of qualified job seekers and make changes to tools based on this data; evaluate resources in real-time to adapt to the market
  • Ensure new hire paperwork and all other onboarding has been administered and verified for anyone slated for hire
  • Complete professional reference checks on select candidates
  • Conduct background checks and coordinate other screening steps needed for associates to include drug tests
  • Coordinate employee start details in a detailed, accurate, and positive manner
  • Participate in goals to identify business leads and prospective customers
  • Input data and information into HRIS tools for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Attend office meetings and scheduled events; participate in office closing rotation
  • Participate in continuing education opportunities led by internal Training and Development team
  • Complete additional projects as needed and other duties as assigned

Education / Experience Requirements:

  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Relevant professional experience preferred; staffing or recruiting is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with ability to effectively navigate different types of relationships
  • High energy level with a positive outlook, sense of urgency, and an interest in supporting team camaraderie
  • Interest in innovation and solutions-oriented mindset; willingness to adapt to change
  • Capable of learning how to utilize different computer programs to include MS 365
