We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Greenville, South Carolina. This pivotal role encompasses the execution of financial operations and transactions, with a focus on accounts receivables. The successful candidate will be operating within the financial industry, utilizing a range of skills including proficiency with Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Billing Functions, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Manage business to business accounts receivable experience

• Utilize intermediate experience in Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Handle business to business deductions process

• Oversee an account with a significant amount in aging

• Demonstrate curiosity and excitement to dig into complex accounts

• Perform day-to-day reporting to the team lead

• Efficiently operate Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services

• Manage customer relationship through CRM and resolve any issues promptly

• Handle billing functions and cash activity effectively

• Maintain accurate records for all cash handling activities.

Requirements

• Must possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Demonstrated experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.

• Familiarity with CRM systems.

• Experience with SAP is advantageous.

• Understanding of Accounting Functions.

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Knowledge of Billing Functions.

• Experience in handling Cash Activity and Cash Handling.
