Calling all folks with a strong AR background! We have a great opportunity with steady, well-known company in Greenville looking to add to their team! If you have AR experience and are looking for work, this may be the job for you!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly

• Resolve customer credit inquiries and discrepancies

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Prepare and send out AR invoices to customers

• Regularly review and manage aging reports

• Handle chargebacks and sales tax efficiently

• Prepare and send out domestic and international invoices

• Work directly with customers to resolve discrepancies and answer inquiries

• Process credit card payments in accordance with company guidelines

• Utilize the ERP system and Microsoft Excel daily

Skills Needed:

• Understanding of Aging Reports and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to handle Invoice Discrepancies and Cash Applications.

Requirements

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with handling Credit Card Payments

• Knowledge of Chargebacks and how to manage them

• Ability to generate and analyze Aging Reports

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Ability to identify and resolve Invoice Discrepancies
