THIEL COLLEGE Nursing Department - Clinical Coordinator in Greenville, Pennsylvania

Thiel College seeks vibrant candidates to serve as principal Clinical Coordinator in our Nursing program. The Clinical Coordinator will collaborate with the Program Director to support the program's mission and ensure compliance with CCNE accreditation standards.  A dedicated passion for helping students reach their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment is essential to this position. Responsibilities include administrative assistance, clinical site coordination, supply orders, and professional development.

Qualifications: • Experience in a higher education setting is preferred but not required • Effective communication and collaborative skills in a team-oriented environment and a history of successful time management • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of clinical education preferred • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but candidates with an Associate degree and at least 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant will be considered • Candidates with an advanced degree may be considered for additional teaching responsibilities appropriate to their credentials Essential Functions: • Provides administrative and clerical support to the Nursing Department • Maintain affiliation agreements related to student clinical rotations and manage rotation placements using Moodle (our learning management system) • Assist with instructional lab setup • Assist with the coordination of the admissions process • Assist with CCNE accreditation activities
