Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Remarketing Manager based at our Greenville, NC location.

What you will do:

  • Provides daily direction and guidance to five remarketing staff members to maximize sale prices and remarketing profit and keep inventory within aging requirements.

  • Create and support process improvements that result in increased dealer and customer satisfaction.

  • Build relationships with dealer used equipment, rental, and sales managers and work with them on-site as needed to build our remarketing effectiveness.

  • Facilitates a positive end of lease experience with large leasing customers.

  • Support dealers with large customer returns by assisting with the return process.

  • Responsible for converting expired leases to new truck sales opportunities.

  • Effective Communicator : Skilled in verbal and written communication, adept at negotiation and interaction across diverse functions and stakeholders, both internally and externally.

  • Passion for Sales Excellence : Driven by a strong enthusiasm for achieving sales targets and exceeding goals, committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of sales performance.

  • Relationship Builder : Proficient in building and maintaining strong relationships with key buyers in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and wholesale markets.

  • Leadership and Mentorship : Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor sales personnel, fostering their development and growth within the organization.

  • Process Improvement Orientation : Dedicated to identifying opportunities for process optimization and enhancement, continuously striving for greater efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.

What you will need:

  • BS Degree strongly preferred.

  • With degree, 5-7 years related work experience, industry experience strongly preferred.

  • Without degree, 10 years related work experience, industry experience strongly preferred.

Skills, Experience & Abilities

  • Proficient in computer literacy and skilled in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite effectively.

  • Ability to communicate and negotiate successfully with customers and dealers, achieving mutually beneficial solutions.

  • Exceptional business acumen.

  • Comprehensive understanding of leasing, including contractual obligations and return processes/procedures.
