Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Aftersales Marketing Specialist based at our Greenville, NC location.

What you will do:

• Support the Aftersales parts marketing department through the administration of marketing and operations functions, including but not limited to supplier price updates, part number setup and changes, identifying cause of price and invoice discrepancies, data hygiene and integrity, and ad hoc reporting.

• Maintain accurate supplier information and contract status as well complete supplier reviews and scorecards to ensure compliance with HYG commercial requirements.

• Help support ecommerce regarding product content and other online merchandising efforts.

• Provide support to dealers, suppliers and customers specific to Aftersales parts and accessories.

• Deliver support and solutions for multiple requests in the form of phone calls, e-mails and contact management tickets.

• Apply in-depth knowledge of our Aftersales solution platform, suppliers, and sales processes to provide timely support to internal and external customers.

Who you are:

• Articulate and informative communicator/writer who can comfortably converse and present to stakeholders, as well as problem-solve and manage internal communication toaccomplish initiatives.

• A critical thinker that can analyze data trends to create solutions.

• Proactive person with a focus on continuous improvement and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and established objectives.

What you will need:

• Entry level professional position with a BS Degree

• Customer service role or system support role

Skills, Experience & Abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experienced with cloud-based systems.

• Aftermarket experience and industry knowledge a plus.
