MNR Group Inc Exterior Masonry Construction First-Line Supervisor, in Greenvale, New York
Directly supervise and coordinate activities of exterior masonry construction workers.Coordinate masonry construction work with other construction trades.Create weekly worker, material, and equipment requirements based on the master project schedule.Schedule workers, maintain payroll records, and provide weekly payroll reports to the project’s Financial Controller.Accept and document material and equipment delivery.Maintains on-site material and equipment inventory records and provides weekly reports to the project’s Financial Controller.Inspect and ensure site safety daily.Ensure the building and the construction areas are clean and debris-free daily.Inspect scaffolds and ensure they are safe to use before the start of work each dayAssist the Project Manager in updating the master project schedule.Document and verify the amount of work completed daily.Verify all work completed meets the specified requirement.Provide weekly percentage of completion report to the Project Manager and the Financial Controller.
