Position Overview
The Store Clerk I will store, count, and verify materials located in the stock room, while providing information on revolving inventory levels as needed. Promptly fill material requisitions and picks; issue materials to specific jobs to assist with customer billing. Report material discrepancies and shortages in a timely manner to facilitate corrections within the system and ensure an account for all materials. The duties also include issuing tools and monitoring tooling for complete accountability of all tooling assets.
Monitor distribution of material to maintain a constant inventory.
Assist with cycle counts, service order closings at aircraft departure, shelf-life program management and departmental housekeeping to ensure a safe work area.
Ensure materials are safely stored and secure in an orderly manner consistent with established HAECO procedures.
Check received goods to ensure correct identification and quantities.
Ship materials to vendor and/or customer with proper documentation, as required.
What you need (Requirements)

High School diploma or equivalent
Must have working knowledge of receipt, verification, and stocking parts.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Assist with providing a clean and safe working environment.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Subject to continual loud noises.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to climb stairs, ladders, and/or service stands, bend, and stoop, kneel, andstand for long periods of time.
Preferred
One (1) year of aviation stores experience
Knowledge of Aviation tooling
Valid driver’s license and meet company requirements for insurance coverage for driving a company vehicle.
