ManpowerGroup Senior Electrical & Electronics Engineer in Greensboro, North Carolina

Our client, a leading automotive company, is seeking a Senior Electrical & Electronics Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Electrical & Electronics Engineer, you will be part of the Electrical Engineering department, supporting the Product Strategy and Development team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, collaborative communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior Electrical & Electronics Engineer

Location: Greensboro, NC

Pay: $53/h + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and document electrical and electronics components, including simulations

  • Set and manage component requirements in collaboration with suppliers

  • Evaluate and recommend new components, ensuring cross-functional alignment

  • Manage supplier relationships and work distribution for component development

  • Contribute to the Product Strategy Roadmap for complex and large-scale components

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical and electronics engineering

  • Proficiency in component development and documentation

  • Experience in supplier management and requirements specification

  • Strong communication and mentorship skills, with an ability to lead by example
