Job Title: Millwright--- Greensboro, NC

Job Summary:

Millwrights are expected to properly diagnose, replace, and/or repair manufacturing equipment by utilizing appropriate tooling, and material to accomplish maintenance functions including but not limited to the following: inspections, troubleshooting, repairing, lubricating, removing, and replacing components on equipment

Essential Duties:

Will need pump experience in trouble shooting, tare down and rebuilding rotating equipment, gear boxes, plate heat exchangers, etc.

Qualifications:

• Must have high school diploma or G.E.D.

• Possess the ability to use the English language to communicate (both verbally and in writing) accurately and concisely on technical matters

• Must be a team player

• Read and interpret electrical system schematics/drawings

• Experience in commercial and/or industrial maintenance

• Have a complete set of basic hand tools appropriate for industrial maintenance and repair (company will provide specialized tools)

• General knowledge of bearings, conveyors, drives, gearboxes, pumps, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Ability to stoop, bend, and manipulate tools in small spaces

• Ability to perform work at heights

Experience

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience

Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:

• Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign

• May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds

• Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above

• Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas

• Must have full range of motion consistent with age

• Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders

• Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises

• Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces

• Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.
