Global IT Audit Manager, Global Assurance: Become the Newest Member of the VF Global Assurance Family

As a Global IT Audit Manager within the VF Global Assurance (“VFGA”) team, you will have the opportunity to use your knowledge and expertise of Information Technology (“IT”) risk and control principles while leading a wide variety of IT-related audit projects across VF’s global enterprise. You will be responsible for managing a broad range of audits, investigations, and advisory reviews across VF’s Global Digital Technology function, VF’s Global Brands and other Management Functions such as Global Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Accounting. Areas of focus will include the following IT activities: Program Management, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Business System Development, Identity Management, Information Security, IT General Controls, SOX Compliance, Production Management, Business Continuity, and Technology Operations Reporting. The work you will do in the VFGA group is relevant, highly collaborative and gives you multiple opportunities to engage with VF’s world-class management team.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Develop and support the IT Audit Service Plan and execution of multiple concurrent IT audits, risk advisory reviews and investigations..

  • Perform risk assessments, determine scope, establish risk-based audit programs, including timing and budget.

  • Conduct internal audit procedures and review the work of audit staff and contractors, ensuring adherence with VFGA standards and methodology.

  • Manage third-party contract for a team of co-sourced contractors that assist with IT audits. Activities include obtaining and evaluating quotes provided by third-parties, onboarding contract resources and managing those resources during audit and advisory engagements, including providing guidance on scope, reviewing work papers and overseeing final report writing.

  • Identify and assess complex risks (both business and technology) and provide advice to management regarding mitigation of these risks.

  • Support and collaborate with VFGA Data Analytics Center of Excellence to evolve the entire department capabilities and drive automation of departmental performance reporting.

  • Develop an ongoing "trusted advisor" relationship with audit clients and VFGA business unit colleagues to ensure timely and consistent controls advice.

  • Assist Financial and Operational Auditors in performing integrated audits.

  • Work cross-functionally with various levels of management and teams.

Years of Related Professional Experience: 5 Educational/ Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field of study preferred or equivalent work experience

  • Professional audit or information security certifications preferred (CIA, CPA, CISA, CISSP, etc.)

  • Experience in managing others, including co-sourced resources, a plus

  • Big-4 IT audit experience a plus

  • Cloud computing (AWS or Azure) related associate-level certifications preferred

  • At least 5 years of experience in performing and leading complex IT audits and advisory projects

  • Strong technical problem solving and data analytical skills

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and manage priorities and workload

  • Strong presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Managing and performing risk-based audit assessments of key systems and applications, drafting audit reports, and liaising with and reporting to senior leaders on audit results and corrective actions

  • Deep IT audit risk and control experience, including Program Management, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Business System Development, Identity Management, Information Security, IT General Controls, SOX Compliance, Production Management, Business Continuity, and Technology Operations Reporting

  • Knowledge of SAP ERP systems

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:

  • Travel by air and overnight, as required up to 15% amount of time.

Hiring Range :

$83,200.00 USD - $104,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
