Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a freelance graphic designer for one of our clients in Greensboro, NC. This position is 100% remote!

Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who excels in both 2D and 3D rendering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging design and a keen eye for aesthetics. This role involves collaborating with our design and marketing teams to develop visually appealing and innovative packaging solutions that align with our brand identity and meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling 2D and 3D renderings for packaging designs, including product mockups and prototypes.

• Develop and execute packaging concepts that enhance the overall brand experience and product presentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and manufacturing, to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and printing techniques to deliver cutting-edge packaging solutions.

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.

• Conduct research and provide recommendations on packaging materials, finishes, and sustainability options.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver exceptional design solutions.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

• Proven experience in 2D and 3D rendering, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging design projects.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Rhino, Cinema 4D), and rendering software (e.g., KeyShot, V-Ray).

• Strong understanding of packaging design principles, including structural design, materials, and printing processes.

• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate design concepts.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of sustainability practices and eco-friendly packaging solutions is a plus.
