Job Title: Civil EngineerJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to join our team in Greensboro. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site civil design and expertise in storm-water analysis and design. Proficiency with civil engineering software applications is essential. Projects are primarily privately funded, focusing on residential, commercial, and industrial site design. This position will provide support and leadership for our current team and will report directly to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from inception to completion.

• Conduct site civil design and storm-water analysis.

• Utilize civil engineering software applications for project execution.

• Supervise site construction and management.

• Perform feasibility analysis, due diligence, cost estimates, and budgeting.

• Prepare grading and erosion control plans.

• Design and manage stormwater systems.

• Handle local, state, and federal permitting processes.

• Coordinate land surveying activities.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

• PE License.

• A minimum of 5 years of land development experience.

• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

• Experience in earthwork analysis and storm-water management design.

• Strong project management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

• Detail-oriented with a professional attitude.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
