We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Accountant with MRI Software experience in the financial services industry at our Greensboro, North Carolina location. As an Accountant, you will have a critical role in managing our accounting functions, utilizing various software systems, and working closely with property management.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for financial management and reporting

• Engage in financial services tasks using ADP

• Execute Cl Programming for various accounting functions

• Manage and reconcile Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Use Concur for expense management and reporting

• Implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for better resource management

• Perform auditing to ensure financial compliance and accuracy

• Maintain Balance Sheet Account with utmost accuracy

• Handle Commercial Property Management accounting tasks

• Employ Property Management Software for efficient property management

• Utilize Real Estate Property Management systems for real estate transactions

• Operate MRI, MRI Prudential, and MRI Software for property management accounting

• Utilize NetMRI for network management and operations

• Manage Property Management Company's financial operations using Yardi Property Management.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with CL Programming

• Experience with Concur

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to handle all Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in Auditing

• Ability to manage Balance Sheet Account

• Familiarity with MRI, MRI Prudential, and MRI Software

• Knowledge of NetMRI

• Experience in Commercial Property Management

• Proficiency in Property Management

• Experience with Property Management Accounting

• Familiarity with Property Management Company operations

• Proficiency in Property Management Software

• Experience in Real Estate Property Management

• Knowledge of Yardi Property Management.
