GREENFIELD - Service Administrative Assistant Position Overview: The Service Admin is a key customer service representative for the mechanical services division, responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. Functions and Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally Assist walk-in customers with their needs and direct them to the appropriate services. Schedule service appointments for Mechanical Services, coordinating with service technicians and customers to ensure timely and accurate scheduling. Conduct customer outreach for follow-up service, providing answers to customer questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Process warranties, including documentation and coordination with service technicians and manufacturers. Perform filing tasks, maintaining organized and up-to-date records of service transactions, customer interactions, and warranty information. Handle other related tasks or special duties as assigned or required, supporting the overall efficiency of the mechanical services division. Experience: Prior customer service experience is required, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with computers is required; proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is a plus Prior experience in a service-related business, such as automotive repair, HVAC, or appliance repair, is a plus Rate of Pay: \$17.50 to \$23 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications Must be available to work in an office; this is not a remote position, and physical presence is required to assist customers and support the service team effectively.
