Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Payroll Clerk in GREENFIELD, Indiana. This role is a pivotal part of our team, focusing on payroll and HR duties, and will contribute significantly to maintaining our commitment to excellent service delivery in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process payroll entries for a workforce of 75-100 employees on a biweekly basis.

• Gradually assume full responsibility for the complete payroll process after initial training.

• Assist with recruitment activities during non-payroll weeks, including job postings on various job boards.

• Carry out general HR duties as required.

• Organize and manage onsite interviews for potential candidates.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records of customer credit.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed.

• Utilize various accounting software systems for efficient work delivery.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and other accounting functions.

• Conduct auditing and handle benefit functions as part of the role. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential

• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now is a must

• Experience with Ceridian is necessary

• Working knowledge of Dayforce is required

• Familiarity with About Time software is beneficial

• Ability to handle basic Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Demonstrated skills in Auditing

• Ability to manage Benefit Functions efficiently
