About the position: Raymond National Accounts is responsible for all components related to the sale of Raymond products to our established National Account customers. We are looking to add a member to our team as a Project Specialist. This position would be responsible for the coordination of customer projects and orders through all stages of the life cycle of a sale.
Within a team, your contribution will be to:
- Plan, coordinate, and complete standard project deliverables as needed by the customer in relation to the sale of our product/s.
- Communicate project or sale objectives with multiple organizations, internal and external, to deliver our product/s on time and with the right specifications to meet customer need.
- Exchange information and resolve issues with multiple internal departments and/or outside organizations over a variety of program/project related issues.
- Develop processes to better track orders and projects through their life cycle that lead to exceeding expectations of the customer.
- Foster a relationship within our dealer network that encourages open communication and collaboration.
- Review reports and/or data and provide analyses, summaries and resulting action plans.
- Evaluate and modify existing methods/processes as required and ensure they are most cost effective.
- Analyze current practices/procedures and make recommendations/decisions for change.
- Maintain records with appropriate supporting material. Update records as necessary.
- Performs related work as assigned.
This role typically works under normal office conditions where you may sit for extended periods of time working in front of a computer.
About the schedule: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule after completing the training period.
About you:
- Requires general business knowledge as would typically be acquired in a Bachelor’s degree. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Requires effective communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Smartsheet, and SAP preferred.
- Experience in a related field or role is preferred.
About the total compensation package:
Salary - $60,406 - $72,301 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
