Description:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience that

will allow the product line to capture value in the market. It will face a variety of customer request, the most

frequent will be request for pricing, product application advice and delivery orders for next day. You will be

responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service by taking customer orders accurately and

courteously to allow the Dispatcher to arrange for on-time delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

● Provide sales support to current and new customers

● Receive orders and schedule them properly.

● Give pricing for FOB customers.

● Record customer orders accurately through direct order entry into Command

● Guide and recommend products for specific applications and ensure product availability

● Work very closely with Dispatchers to ensure customer commitments can be achieved

● Record all changes requested by customer accurately and promptly in Command and advise the Dispatcher of such changes as soon as they have been recorded

● Responsible for O2C efficiency through attention to detail timely correction to errors

● Assist and participate in new initiatives and projects (keeping track of drivers allowed on a specific job site, calculate distribution KPIs)

● Other duties as assigned.

Education: Associate's degree or 1-3 years of equivalent experience.

Additional Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Field of Study Preferred: Business

Required Work Experience: 1-3 years

Required Training/Certifications:

Licenses Preferred:

Required Computer and Software Skills: Command, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, Trimble, and Google Earth
