JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Green Bay, WI Shift: 1st Shift Work model: Hybrid Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Job Description Schneider Enterprise Resources, LLC has an opening for a Team Leader - Engineering & Advanced Analytics in Green Bay, WI. Provide leadership and technical direction on projects that support the achievement of line of business and enterprise goals and objectives. Proactively seek out and identify opportunities within and across the Tech organization, and/or within a specific area of the business. Leverage broad cross functional business knowledge to produce results that improve business performance and help get the buy-in from the internal customers. Be up to date on current industry trends, technology offerings and best practices, and through participation in knowledge sharing, educate the team on the same to effectively tackle current projects. Be an owner of the department\'s toolset. Set priorities for associates in accordance with stakeholder interest. Collaborate and communicate across departments to facilitate schedule adherence. Allocate, supervise, and distribute work amongst team members. Receive and respond to team member\'s complaints and/or concerns. Provide annual performance evaluations as well as regular individual team member development conversations. Make suggestions and recommendations as to hire and discharge associates, advancement, promotion, or any other change of status of other associates within the department. Build and nurture effective relationships across the enterprise as well as with key business partners in the technology community. Work with resources from other IT and business groups to execute projects. Proactively give project updates to leadership and stakeholders that provide impact and alternatives for managing schedule, scope, and budget. Coach and mentor team members in presentation skills. Lead and/or participate in the development of advanced analytics tools, engineering modelling, and related enabling software planning and provide input on the selection of enabling software technologies. Design, code, test at multiple system levels, implement, and provide detailed support for BI supported systems and third-party packages. Design the decision support framework that enables continuous solution improvement via self-tuning models. Design and implement solutions using existing Schneider technologies and work with the Architecture team to bring in and utilize new technologies to create proof of concept projects for the purpose of keeping tech stack up-to-date. Telecommuting permitted 2-3 days per week.
