JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Green Bay, WI Shift: 1st Shift Work model: On-Site Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Sales Operations Manager in Green Bay to provide leadership to a team of inside sales representatives. The Sales Operations Manager will focus on developing their associates\' selling skills while delivering key business results. Responsibilities: Set metrics and goals for inside sales representatives to meet and achieve. Help inside sales representatives grow their book of business. Participate in joint sales calls to assist in closing or growing business. Improve the team\'s performance by focusing on continuous development. Identify opportunities for automation to improve productivity. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure profitability. Skills and qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in sales, business or a related field. 2-4 years of sales experience. Excellent leadership skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
