Description We are looking for a skilled Retirement Plan Advisor to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The primary function of this role is to provide expert advice on retirement planning and investment strategies, with a focus on 401K plans and personal finance. The Retirement Plan Advisor will work closely with employers and their teams to offer personalized guidance and support, helping them make informed decisions to achieve their retirement goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assess employers and individuals' 401K plan needs and objectives, providing tailored recommendations for plan design, investment options, and administrative services.

• Conduct group meetings to explain the features of the 401K plan, investment options, and retirement planning concepts, enabling employees to make informed decisions about their retirement savings strategies.

• Offer personalized investment advice to plan participants based on their individual risk tolerance, time horizon, and financial goals.

• Assist employees in developing comprehensive retirement savings strategies that integrate their 401K accounts with other retirement vehicles.

• Stay updated with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to 401K plans and retirement planning, ensuring all advice provided complies with applicable regulations and fiduciary standards.

• Cultivate strong relationships with employers and employees through proactive communication, responsiveness to inquiries, and regular check-ins.

• Monitor market developments, investment performance, and product offerings within the retirement industry to identify opportunities to enhance the competitiveness and value proposition of our 401K services.

• Use Financial software, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and other relevant tools to effectively fulfill job functions. Requirements • Proficiency in the use of financial software for financial planning and management

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites for data analysis and presentation

• Exceptional customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs

• Knowledge and experience in financial planning to assist clients in making informed financial decisions

• Understanding of financial services and insurance to provide accurate advice and recommendations

• Experience with Individual Retirement Account (IRA), Retirement Account, Retirement Benefits, Retirement Savings Plan, and Retirement Plan is necessary

• Ability to assess investment risk to guide clients in making safe and profitable investment decisions

• Familiarity with the principles and practices of the insurance industry to help clients choose suitable insurance policies

• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
