CONVERGEN ENERGY WI LLC Operations/Production Worker in GREEN BAY, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: -Job duties include processing incoming materials to produce a biofuel pellet which is a coal substitute. -Operation of the company\'s pellet manufacturing equipment including: shredders, conveyors, pellet mills, loaders, forklifts, and lab pellet testing equipment. -Responsible for the safe operation of the company\'s equipment. -Responsible for basic maintenance of the company\'s equipment. -Preparation of production reports using the company\'s Windows based computer. Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances. Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators. Start machines or equipment to begin production processes. Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify operators of any malfunctions. Transfer finished products, raw materials, tools, or equipment between storage and work areas of plants and warehouses, by hand or using hand trucks or powered lift trucks. Help production workers by performing duties of lesser skill, such as supplying or holding materials or tools, or cleaning work areas and equipment. Clean and lubricate equipment. Prepare raw materials for processing. Perform minor repairs to machines, such as replacing damaged or worn parts. Wash work areas, machines, equipment, vehicles, or products. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: -1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing facility preferred. -2 years of experience driving a forklift and spotting truck preferred. -Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision. -Ability to work with and communicate with fellow team members to achieve daily production goals. -Ability to operate a Windows based computer and knowledge of Microsoft Excel -Must be able to lift 50 lbs. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Mail a Rsum: 600 Liberty St E-Mail a Rsum: randy.parmentier@convergenenergy.com Fax a Rsum: 920-435-1068
