JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking motivated and ambitious Machine Operators who are eager to learn, grow, and achieve their goals. Machine Operators are responsible for all aspects of operating a bag-making machine with in-line printing presses. Duties include assisting with machine set-up, making adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency, packaging products produced by the machine, and performing periodic visual and system-based quality inspections to ensure proper and consistent adherence to quality standards and customer specifications. Duties/Responsibilities: Monitor machine operation, strive to hit production standards, and package product accurately and timely. Complete quality checks and record results on the computer. Perform print setup and carry out minor maintenance repairs and troubleshooting. Communicate clearly with management and team members. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Other duties as assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required. Flexographic printing experience is helpful but not necessary. Required Skills/Abilities: Willingness to learn and grow within the role. Ambitious and goal-oriented mindset. Basic computer knowledge. General safety knowledge. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Physical Requirements: Standing for the majority of the shift.
